Pour me a Tequila & pass me the Guacamole, I'm here to PARTY... so sit down, take off your Doc Martins & relax...

Get ready for the Butterfly Effect, Paint Party Friday29 faces in May, - while celebrating the blog party of the Year, Month, well, weekend... All TOgether Now... yes, folks, indeed it is ;)

I really don't know where to start - there's so much partying I think we just better just grab our spew bags & soldier on... If you haven't met Amy well... go visit! She's having an 'open bar' at her "All TOgether Now" Blog party, I'm running late so if you get there before me save me one of those wieners she'll be offering 'round before Chibi the canine polishes the plate off ;) Maybe I'll just take a plate of Vegemite sandwiches, that way I know I'll have something delicious to snack on if snacks run out ;)

OK, part of this party is I show you mine, you show me yours... that is, what talents you have that you can impress people with... HEY!!... button that shirt back up, it's NOT that sort of party! Anyway, I decided that I could wax lyrical about how I get mistaken for Angelina Jolie, or tell you how my home was voted most organised & best furnished in the Queensland Home Beautiful Awards, and of course winning the coveted best Aussie Arse (or is that ass?) in a bikini 7 & a half years in a row... & the 'Domestic Goddess Blue Ribbon & National Sash' for my house cleaning ability while wearing stilettos & not smudging my lippy... but then... I don't want anyone to feel inferior...

OH MY GOD... PLEASE TELL ME YOU DIDN'T BELIEVE THAT CRAPPOLA? I'd be like the perfect total wanker (but pretty awesome too)!!

Truth is, I'm OK at art & pretty good at bull (can I say S#*T?) ;) I'm a dedicated (but faulty) mother, love (& sometimes hate) my Big F... Adore (but argue with) my siblings & have undying (but tardy) devotion to my mother & try to be the best friend (but fail) to those I love... and most will be visiting here today ;) and honest... actually hard to believe, but I really am honest to a fault :)

OK, It's now show & tell... This is my 'Underwater' Ocean goddess, sea siren... or simply - Mermaid... done & entered in this weeks 'Butterfly Effect' theme... my Coral Queen of the deep...

I have been taking part, well Martha may say 'barely' in the 29 faces in May Challenge, man I'm behind but catching up with... 5 (above) and... 6 - Redhead

 7. Blue & Curious (above) & 8. Domestic Goddess (below)

I must have had the smell of frangipannis in my head... 9. Scent of Summer (above) & 10. Beach Daze & Sunburn (below)

and finally a change of pace...
11. The Hunger

& not forgetting it's Paint Party Friday yet another reason to put your feet up & celebrate all that is creative with Eva & Kristin because the Party just keeps going...
AND... I have one more thing to say... yep waffling on is a talent too ;) My friend Magaly just had a book published & guess who did the cover?????
So proud... & there is an OVERLAPPING Party to celebrate too, next stop to celebrate this awesome read is at my besties Stacy's, so grab another dink.. oh oh, 'drink' (damn that last Mojito) & get on over... cancel sports with your kid's, tell hubby you have a headache, & don't turn off your computer, because we have our dancing shoes on & I see some tables that'll take my weight nicely :)

Oh Crap, I forgot about the giveaway... I love this little babe (Tea Party with my Doll), & she needs a home... just leave a comment & you're in the draw, whether you like it or not... actually... hope you do, you awesome dude & & open that bubbly... 'I'm looking forward to catching up & we have a whole weekend to celebrate ;)

I don't care what you say, now that image of you cleaning the house in stilettos is imprinted in my mind--great ass, by the way.

I'm enchanted by all the paintings. Red Head, Sunburn, Domestic Goddess, and you probably predicted the following, yes, Hunger is FREAKING awesome! And, my goodness, what an amazing cover that is! It must be the product of the merging of great minds and even greater hearts, lovely and modest hearts ;-)

Flying to see Stacy AKA Crow Gal!

Oh dear Dog, where to begin!! what a full post. You make me laugh as always with your humour and wit and I love the idea of you with your big angie lips shaking your aussie arse of the year on a tabletop while simultaneously painting, downing tequila shots and being a normal disfunctional but well intentioned family member!!

All your pieces are amazing - each one so different - I love how you can shift effortlessly from cutesy, to serious to scary and all of them are so stunning.

You have such emotion in your faces - I am really drawn to Domestic Goddess (which is almost comical since it is as close as I get to being domestic). Congrats on the book! So much goodness in your post!

I seriously thought you mentioned the "underwear" girl, not the underwater girl. clearly I've stepped up to the open bar too many times already. but now I want to know what your underwear girl might look like. your underwater girl is pretty awesome. and now that i"m here I realize yours is one of those blogs that seemed to disappear from my blog list when I was fighting with chrome and firefox. i'm subscribing dammit. you can't stop me.

Shelle, you are so hilarious. Though I totally believe that coveted best Aussie ass thing. ;-)

STILL so impressed with your art work on Magaly's book. Super wowed sweetie!

I love these faces and am particularly drawn to the redhead, which is odd since I am usually a brunette type of gal. The hunger is beautifully creepy as well. It really makes me excited that Halloween is only 163 days, 7 hours, 31 minutes away.

Huge hugs to you are yours, you Aussie goddess!
