29 Faces Feb 2014 - this time I'm completing it... really... most likely.

29 Faces
ALL 29 Days (was that a movie title?) will be posted right here... Actually, not sure really how it works, but I am using a 'label' first time ever, and I think it magically 'groups' stuff... hope I haven't bamboozled you with my advanced technical know how (he he) let's just hope it works ;)

Day 1... Interesting start.
No Camera (DON'T ASK) but did borrow a 50 year old phone with camera (yes sometimes I exaggerate)... Paper lunch bag - white & red acrylic paint - charcoal - me (well not me, I just wielded a thick brush), someone pretty, like because it's Chinese New Year, Year of the Horse, & like I'm Australian, but appreciate, actually LOVE the food, (OMG those dumplings & Yum Cha, Oh, Yum Cha and let's not mention the silken traditional garments AND art)... but unfortunately inherited traditions & culture is not high on my credentials unless you count bushrangers as heros... oh yeah I do - sorta, some of them, but only because I don't have any AWESOME history like (well like Chinese) so... 29 Faces - Day 1 - & yes it's Year of the Horse, so Happy Chinese New Year, & thank You Martha for putting the time & effort into organising this challenge yet again :)
Oh & almost forgot to say, my sweet MangaMem pushed/challenged, well let's just say FREAKING INSISTED I start blogging & painting again... so thank you sweet babe & please pop by her 29 Faces post if you have time to check out her wonderful artwork this month :)

It's lovely when we listen to the ones who love us. Thank goodness for your loving child.....we are all fortunate. I love your 1st. I am now pondering who is calling her name or just catching her attention.
I love your art. I love you. I love you child for giving you a push in the direction of blogging.
And now I must contemplate which Chinese restaurant Sweet Man and I will go to for lunch. Yum. Oma Linda

Oh, Shelle, she is so hauntingly beautiful!!! I've never seen a paper bag look as if it should be hung in an art museum, but this one could!!!

Great Big Hugs

You are ALIVE!!! WoooHooo! I'm doing all kinds of happy dances... and wondering, why is the stunning lady on the paper bag looking at me like that? I mean, yes, I was whistling at her and saying that her lips are so very sensual, but that isn't creepy at all, just sayin'.

I'm so happy you are blogging again, my Shelle. You've been missed in all sorts of ways.

Love your first face!
