29 Faces (well sorta kinda hoping more than last time anyway)

Call it shame, call it healthy competition, but my daughter Memphis has, let's say 'coerced' me into 'attempting' again (yes the first time I crashed & burnt) Martha at Ayala Art's 29 Faces in May (or 29 Faces Maybe?) Challenge...

So I'm just scraping in on Day 1 with only 74 names on the list before me with Face 1...
Looking forward to 'having a go' & being inspired by all you other talented babes that are 'facing' up (sorry - dreadful pun) & hoping to complete this quest!

Oh one more thing - if anyone has time, or maybe can combine TWO Challenges with one artwork ;) I'm hosting a post & giveaway at 'The Butterfly Effect' the theme... (da da daaaa) HEROES, and that what we'll all be if we get through this month with a tally of 29 Faces :) Catch ya soon & thanks for calling by!

And I'll remind you everyday if you don't do one. Come on Mum, Day 2 now! Do what I do, write ideas, put them in a hat, then draw them out!

Oh wow! His eyes just seem to penetrate into one's soul ... kinda eerie feeling ... but what a powerful painting!

I still haven't posted a face, maybe I'll post my "Beach Scene" face once I have it completed as a slideshow video??? Think that would work?

Oh Shelle, this is so powerful! I read your Heroes guest post and just have to say that you are the queen of everything with that sassy and beautiful attitude of yours. I hate that I missed the giveaway but I believe I got all I needed just from reading your amazing post and of course, sharing this wonderful friendship, my little Aussie delight! Hugs, Mina
